Create Engaging New Content With Content Curation
Coming up with content on a consistent basis for your readers can be hard work. Even when you’re on top of your content, it can be at times difficult to come up with ideas to post, or even talk about. I’ve struggled with it too, which leaves you feeling really frustrated.
But what if you could magically get inspired by gathering an article, or two, or three or more, and create engaging articles with content curation. That is, sharing content of value with your readers.
You see, that’s the power of curating content. You can share it in your blog, social media, podcast and videos.
It’s what I’ve done as part of my overall content strategy. A mix bag of my own content, and content curation every other week. It makes life so much easier.

And there’s nothing wrong by sharing value that will help your readers. That is the goal of providing content.
I’m not going to go deep on this, but here’s a good summary of it.
In simplest terms, content curation is a form of content marketing where a publisher (in this case, a small business) editorially collects the best content related to a specific niche and targeted to a specific audience then enhances that content by adding personal opinions and expertise. Simply sharing a link or two won’t be enough. Instead, curate the articles you’ve shared.
For example, you could compile a weekly best of article(s), explain your reasons why you’ve shared the article(s), or highlight best part of the article(s) in a post, attribute it and expand on the idea with your take.
